By accessing this web site, you are agreeing to be bound by these web site Terms and Conditions of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.
2. Use License
a.Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials (information or software) on Finsermarkweb site for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
                                 i.            modify or copy the materials;
                               ii.            use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);

4. Limitations
In no event shall Finsermark or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Finsermark's Internet site, even if Finsermark or a Finsermark authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

The materials appearing on Finsermark's web site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Finsermark does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site are accurate, complete, or current. Any claim relating to Finsermarks web site shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
 
Specific Terms and Conditions for Purchase of Finsermark Services 
 
1. Monthly Fee Payments
Monthly fee payments are based on a minimum of 12 monthly payments, after which the client may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.  Should the client fail to make an automatic monthly payment the client’s credit card will be charge for the full annual amount.
We Check, Claim, Register, Verify, Manage and provide a Report for ALL your listings.  Quarterly changes are at no additional charge. You get four free changes per year.
2. Annual Fee Payments
Annual fee payments will automatically renew at the end of the first 12 months.  The client may cancel with 30 days notice at the end of the 12 month period. 
We Check, Claim, Register, Verify, Manage and provide a Report for ALL your listings.  Quarterly changes are at no charge.  You get four free changes per year.
3. List and Report Payment
This is a one time payment for registering your business profile in local listings.
We Check, Claim, Register, Verify, and provide a Report for ALL your listings.  Finsermark will keep your registration on file and should you need to make a change there is a $3 per listing fee.
4. Guarantee
Finsermark guarantees to complete all services and provide a complete report of all work done on behalf of client or provide a full refund. 
5. Replacement Registrations
Finsermark reserves the right to replace any listing with any listing that is available in Finsermark's portfolio that is not listed in the New Media Blitz Plan.
